I did a crazy thing and cut my hair a LOT! Its about 1.5 inches long! How can I style it in a very feminine way?

Spike it is the best you could possibly do. At least that is better than slicked back.

When you're hair is that short it will dry out more quickly so be sure not to shampoo too often and condition more! You can get away with just rinsing (having short hair is SO easy). Also, stay away from gels b/c they contain alcohol that is very drying! Use pomades, waxy type stuff, and creams. If you get a good brand it won't make your hair gross and it holds really well! I would recommend asking a hairstylist for ideas as well, that's what I did when my hair was that short and those are the products that were recommended! Have fun with your new hair! Oh and despite what other people are saying, short hair IS very feminine when done the right way!
PS. You could try the Twiggy look (see link below), and pomades are good with spikes...

There may not be alot you can do at this point, scrunching it with gel or mouse to add some body and curl will help. Accesorize... a tiny sparkle clip or barette, really pretty earings and making sure that your makeup is done nicely will help keep you looking feminine as well.

Apply a small amount of styling product (gel for example) and make spikes or comb it sleek, a la garcon (like French women do)

LOOOOOOOOOOL u did some thing which i did 8 years a go and i didn't like it u know ol u can do is just make up so light and have some earrings to you eyes and wear gurlish clothes like short skirt and very small Shirts or stuff like that

I have very short hair also! You can blow dry the back of your hair up so it spikes and then put gell in the front of it but schrunch it so it has some body. Put gell in the back to separte everything and wala...I love my short hair I hope you do it!

make it crazy, use some gel and make some ends pointy, itstill looks cool. or brushit to the side
