Have you tried a cleanse? I tried exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 30 day cleanse. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days or 30 lbs in 30 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Start moving your body more. Even if it just walking up stairs instead of catching the elevator. I've used this product for almost 4 months and I’ve lost a total of 55lbs and 87 inches. I went from a size 18 to a 10 in 3 1/2 months. If interested you can purchase this product from http://thedetoxlife.isagenix.com/ Good luck.

So here's my advice...it may seem simple and it is not meant to offend (I myself have struggled w/weight issues my whole life, I sometimes win the battle, sometimes lose the battle): Eat less, move more. We all know what foods are healthy and which ones we need to eat in moderation, so....do it! Give yourself free reign to eat healthy options like fruits and vegetables, limit your fat and carb intake (processed foods especially) and eat lots of fiber full foods (beans, whole grains, etc, etc). Pay attention to what you drink throughout the day (water is a must), limit your sugar intake (limited sodas and juices, coffee lattes etc, etc). And when you crave a not so healthy option, see if you can make a healthy substitution, or eat the non healthy choice in moderation and MOVE ON to healthy choices again. Move more by walking (parking farther away from your destination, walking a few blocks instead of driving to your destination if possible, take the stairs instead of the elevator) or doing active things you like such as hiking, bike riding, iceskating, snowshoeing, sledding, whatever! Excercise does not always have to be done at the gym. Take a 15 minute break everyday and walk around the block at your home or office or buy some cheap excercise videos to do in the privacy of your own home at your convenience, whatever works for you! Good luck and I hope this helps you! Its more about living healthy than dieting, and we all have the ability and knowledge to do THAT! :)

Well u can try slimfast, but u dont have to follow the plan what i did was just have a apple for breakfest. lunch slimfast, snack yogurt and for dinner i had what i cooked for the family but i only had about 1cup and 1/2 cup veg. I also worked out alittle. I think that working out playes a good part in losing weight. I did lose 30 pound and my husband said i looked good and told me good job. so try that u will fill hungry put that is how it works. I did reward myself ever friday with a blizzerd from DQ and some time pizza.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body building so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! You can get info or order it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or online at http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

i started using these slimfast shakes in a can as a test.
I actually feel full after having one in the morning (8am) till about 2pm which is surprising.
But the obvious one i neglected but started doing alot is walking and some sit ups and push ups. I used to do those here and there at night and was is in the best shape of my life till i got lazy, starting again though!
Even if i can barley do ten now, but thats how i started last time and ended up doing 100 easy for a quick 15min workout a day back when i was in shape.
