According to the Da Vinci code movie and book, Mary Magdalene. Legend has it that after the Resurrection, Magdalene and Jesus had children. Jesus went to Heaven to be with Dad. Mary Madalene went to live in the south of France where there is a church and order that survives to this day. I'm sure scientists somewhere are studying it.

Wait a minute, you're asking about Jesus's Dad's wife. Well, then you are referring to the Goddess. From what I've read in ancient scriptures that are not included in Bibles, God and his "Goddess" each had 12 angels. Unfortunately, there was a war between the angels of God (the good angels) and the angels of the Goddess. The angels of the Goddess turned out to be the fallen or bad angels, who shall go unnamed here. You can just imagine who they were. That's probably why you don't hear too much about the Goddess. Anyway, the fallen angels had to be replaced, and, from what I understand, they were.

As far as the name of the woman who is the Goddess, if God is God of all gods, then he is just "God", that's his name, and likewise, "Goddess" is her name. She actually has many names that you can read stories about. The Earth Mother, Shakti, Siva, Lakshmi, Gaea, the wives of Zeus and Jupiter, etc...

Now, as far as "agreeing that God had sex with her", I can make no such agreement. I would think that relations between the God and the Goddess are much different and heavenly compared to what happens here on earth. Jesus physically came to earth through Mary and this was announced by the Angel Gabriel. It wasn't a birth like we experience here on earth, with a earthly father and mother and child. It was the birth of heaven on earth.

It seems there is a story behind your asking others to agree that God had sex with some unnamed woman, isn't there?

Hope you learned something here. Maybe you just need to get out more.

God has no wife! Jesus's heavenly Father is God, His earthly mother was Mary. If God can create the world in 6 says, He can create a baby in a uterus to take the form of anytime He wants to.

The Living God which spoke the heavens into exsistance, which formed a fully grown man from the dust of the earth, does not need to have physical sex with a woman to see that she recieves a seed to give birth.
Scripture says she was conceived by the Holy Ghost.

Man's wisdom is foolishness with God.

It is lower than a worm (maggot) trying to figure out the thoughts of a man.

As the heavens are high above the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts higher than your thoughts.

Go from that perspective.

Funny question! But I must say that Jesus is Gods son, not in a sense that we think of a son. Son of God means that Jesus was the exact representation of God in the flesh.

The writer of Hebrews (which I believe is the Apostle Paul) put it this way, "but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word."

This puts it best, Jesus was God in the flesh not that God had sex and thus being married to a woman....No! this is not so, but Jesus was God with Us....

Hope this helps,

Matt

God the creator is capable of superceding the laws of science; after all, he created the laws of science.

God doesn't have a wife. He sent the Holy Spirit to impregnate Mary of Nazareth, who consented to God's plan. Actually, God in the OT says to Israel, "I am your husband," so Israel is God's wife, and Mary was an Israelite.

Jesus has a Bride, too: the Church. In the Book of Revelation, he takes his Bride home to be with him. The Bride in Revelation can also be taken to be the new city of Jerusalem, coming down from heaven, beautiful "like a bride dressed for her husband."

God doesn't have a "wife". Jesus was born of Mary by the Holy Spirit. He did not have "sex" with her. Do you think that the God who can speak an entire universe into existence, suns, planets, etc., cannot speak 23 chromosomes into existence within a woman's womb?

We don't know her name. Why would God want to expose her name to all the same blasphemy.

God is our Heavenly FATHER. He is the Father of your spirit. You also have an earthly Father of your body. This is why God refers to his Son Jesus as his only begotten in the flesh because he is the Father of the Jesus's spirit and body.

Heb. 12:9 "Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?"

Has anybody ever known there to be a Son without a Father AND a Mother?

God said that to put it in terms we could understand. In His world, God=Jesus=Holy Spirit. The first reaction people have is, huh?
This is the concept of the Trinity and the explanations can go for thousands of pages. Check your local library/church for books on the Trinity.

And they are talking about myth and superstition. Most every religion of that region has their gods getting human women preggers. You figure it out. If you were betrothed and turned up pregnant out of wedlock, and your prospective husband is not the father, is it better to admit you fornicated with a Roman soldier named Panteras and got pregnant, and be stoned to death for the admission, or is it better to say "An angel of the Lord appeared to me and told me the Holy Spirit would overshadow me and I would have a divine child!" DUH!!!

God did not have a wife and science tends to come up with 'explanations' for what it can't prove.
