Any body know how to loose weight fast without having to go to the gym?

You gain body fat for one simple reason, because you consume more calories than you burn. So if you want to loose that body fat you have two options:

1) eat less and eat healthier (hence consumer fewer calories)
or
2) exercise more (i.e. burn more calories)

I suggest you do both.

A diet of lean chicken, oily fish, pulses, brown rice, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds, eaten across 5 small meals throughout the day will help you. Never skip breakfast. Do not eat after 6pm. Leave out the sugar and processed/fast foods.

Undertake an exercise regime of a minimum of 30 minutes 3 x a week (ideally an hour 5 x a week!) of running and cycling for cardiovascular fitness. You can do this without any gym!!! Running burns the highest number of calories at an average of 100 calories per mile! Also do some gentle free weights work and some pilates or other core strength exercises should help you loose weight everywhere and tone and strengthen your core.

Oh sorry or should your question have read how can I have a great body without bothing with any kind of exercise whatsoever?

It's not good to be in a hurry because it could effect your diet. So you need to take it at a realistic pace. Meaning dont be in a time frame in order to lose weight. I am in fact on a diet and I want to lose 40 pounds by August. That's in 7 months and that is realistic. Because I could lose 40 pounds in 5 months but instead I'm taking it slower and wanting to lose it by August. Always remember that. And if you dont want to go to the gym, that's fine. You can have your own "gym" at the house. So go get some weights, a medicine ball (a heavy ball that looks like a bouncy ball.), and some non stop hip hop music. Go in a room and totally relieve any stress you might have. Forget about everything and excercise like crazy. Dont over do yourself like I did today. You will regret it. Because right now I am light headed and shaking. So start off slow at first. And move up everyday. Excercise atleast 5 days a week. Treat yourself every other week to like a small chocolate chip cookie. I do that. Because it will boost your self confidence. Also remember not to eat after 7:30 pm. Because if you do the food you eat will be stored as fat. That is not good. Eat the most in the morning. Meaning your metabolism is the highest in the morning so if you eat more then you usually do then, you will be able to burn more calories later in the day and you will also not want to eat as much. Stay away from soda. Even diet soda. Its full of junk. Good Luck!

well you could cut off a limb - but if you are like me, I hate the sight of blood.

I have just gone back to weightwatchers - it has always worked for me, and you can now join on-line.

Apart from a sensible diet you do need to exercise. I know, exercise is boring. I totally agree. However, there is no getting away from it, it does help.

If you use a lift or escalator whilst in the office or out shopping, try taking the stairs instead.

If using the bus, get off a stop earlier and power walk the rest of the way.

Run up and down the stairs at home (difficult if you live in a bungalow or a flat)

Persevere and believe that you can do it.

Well even if you change your diet, chances are you won't lose weight unless you change your exercise habits too. Here are a couple of simple things you can do:

Drink plenty of water. I know everyone says it, but it's true.

Go swimming! It's great exercise, you can keep in shape and you can go with friends too.

Alternately, if you have the time to spare, put on your favourite music and dance around like a crazy person for 20 minutes every morning.

I know lots of people are going to disagree with me but everyone who has gone on a low carb diet, including myself have lost tons of weight in very little time. I stopped eating sugar, soda, bread, pasta, rice, etc for a month and lost about 30 pounds. I tried to make my diet as healthy as possible by eating lots of veggies like spinach and lettuce and corn, etc. I also tried to eat lean meats like chicken breast or fish and twice a week i would allow myself to eat breaded meats like fried chicken. May not be the healthiest diet, but it works and I actually kept the weight off for about a year.

Eat 3 to 4 meals a day to keep your metabolism burning fast.
Eat a portion of protein (measure the portion by the size of your fist) grilled chicken, baked chicken, fish, and have a portion of carbs like a piece of fruit because fruit is the fastest carb that burns off. Also have some vegetables. But body for life has worked really good for my wife and I.
