you could have postural hypotension, get your blood pressure checked, be careful getting out of bed and hot baths, stand up slowly give time for wooziness to clear, make sure you are eating well and drink lots of water.

If your vision was impaired you might have something wrong with your eyes, you could have an inner ear infection which can throw off your equilibrium, you could have something going on in your brain, your nutrition is off, could be after affects of over drinking the night before, could be you need to eat more. Maybe a visit to your local physician is in order, especially if it happens again.

You probably have an inner ear infection. Have you been having symptoms of a cold or allergy, or been around anyone who has a cold?
Even so, it could be more serious. You should get it checked.

There's not enough information in this question, such as---
did you get up really fast, (number 1), and what did you do last
night? (number 2). If you answer those, maybe we can get a
better picture of what happened...

you should go to www.webmd.com. then type in your symptoms. this website can give useful information sometimes. but, u might also want to check with your doctor, just to make sure it is not anything serious.
