They R very much a like. Hydrocdone is a lorcett or lower dose a lortab. These have aspirin in them. The drug it self is in the opiate family (I don't know why) even though there is no opium in it. The Hydracodin is in the codeine family of pain relievers. It has aspirin in it but not as much.
