Baby Died!!?

there is this guy who lives up here and he was going with this girl named Stacey and they had a baby and the boy is only 17 and Stacey is like in her 20's and i dont really like stacey at all but some bad stuff happened to her baby. The father of stacey's baby killed the BABY!! he overdosed the baby on depression pills and "weed".it was really bad. the baby jsut stopped breathing and they had to take the baby to the hospital and she was put on life support but like a day later died....but stacey she is REALLY abusive and controlling but i dont know what would cause Andre' (that's the boys name) to KILL a baby! he's in holding up in the uptown jail now and this was like a week ago.... and now stacey wants me to come to court with her and testify against him.....like i know that i should go because i would want the same for me if it happened to me....but the guy is like my BEST friend and i dont want to do that to him! what do i do?

You need to do what is best for the baby that is gone. For someone to have done that to a child is illresponabile. I lost a child to natural causes and I can't have normal children. I have one child sitting in the ICU right now that they can't fix her. For someone to just kill a child like that makes me mad and if I were you I would think about that little baby and his rights. He didn't have the right to have his life taken the way he did. Does it matter that he is your friend? If my best friend were to kill a child I would never have anything to do with them again. You need to think who is more important in this situtation. Which is the baby. God Rest it's little soul.

I read your previous questions and answers. Cut the crap. There is no dead baby. You are just trying to get attention.

BUT in the event that you might actually be saying something truthful for once...
You be truthful irregardless of the consequences to your friendships. Justice for that baby is more important. Besides that if you are caught holding back information you will also go to jail for obstructing justice and withholding information. If Stacey really is abusive she needs to be reported to the police and you will also need to testify against her as well. Since the boy is a minor and Stacey is not that also means that she is guilty of statutory rape.

Stay out of it.He killed the baby now he has to take full responsibility for his actions.She can't tell you what to do.Now if you get a subpoena you will have to tell the truth and you know what the truth is.He could be family and you still have to tell the truth.Where was she when he killed the baby?They need to lock both of them up.

Well if you know something that is vital to this case, you awe this to that child whos like was unfairly taken form him. That child had a life time of love to give and so much to do. Now that child id gone, by the hands of his farther.
You can do nothing and have the guilt of that weighing on you for the rest of your life, or you can stand up for that child who is now placed in gods hands.
I am so sicked by this, it really is disturbing that a farther can harm their own child. He needs to face what he did, he will never forgive himself i am sure but, juctice needs to be surved here.

Tell the truth; the truth may hurt but it's never wrong. It sounds like he's a murderer. You can be friends with a murderer, but he needs to be locked up and you can visit your friend in jail where he belongs for everyone safety.
