No that's a huge difference. 22 is way too immature for a 38 yr old, but if the guy is thinking about it it's probably the other way around. Probably doing it to show off or for the sex.

Money if hes a loser but for the most reason tight p^^^y and good looking body not saggy and old I think cause I have a friend at that age as well dating a younger girl.But not me Im still young at heart not my thing.

Insanity!!!!!!!! I tried this a couple of times and it was total disaster every time. You're better off with someone that you have more in common with and who is in your own generation.
