Eating simple carbs like white flour and sugar creates cravings. My cravings stopped after I stopped eating all sugar, bread, rice, potatoes, and pasta for about 4 days. The first day I felt hungry all the time, and I longed for a baked potato and a piece of French bread. The second day I had a terrible headache and just felt awful. I'm told this is a kind of withdrawl symptom--the body breaking its dependance. The 3rd day I felt okay and didn't think much about food at all. By the 4th day, my cravings were completely gone, and I easily skipped foods that before I thought I could never live without.
Now I occasionally have bread, rice, or pasta but choose whole grain varieties and eat smaller portions. I occasionally eat a piece of chocolate but usually choose sugar free. I have a half of a baked potato from time to time or a taste of hash browns or mashed potatoes, but I don't long for any of these things the way I used to and usually choose to just skip them altogether focusing instead on protein and vegetables with a little bit of fruit.
Losing my cravings also helped me to reduce the amount of food I eat at one sitting and consequently has lead me to lose a lot of weight over time, seemingly without effort.
It may seem like suffering to cut those foods out, but if you just do it, it is a very short time before you lose those cravings and break free from the hold the food has over you.
Best Wishes.

It is possible you have a carb addiction. I know it sounds loony...but it is possible. What you have to do it try to fill up on water. I had to do this to break the same bad habit. Eating sweets and soda when i dont really even like them. Dont stop cold turkey, just fill up on water, then you wont eat as much as you used to. If this keeps up maybe you should see a doctor and have a blood panel ran. I doubt it is serious, but i am not a doctor, and their opinion is always better than a strangers....
Taking a daily multi-vitamin is always a good idea in my opinion. Just dont over due it. One is enough.

When you crave food, y our body is trying to tell you that you need something. Try to figure out what it is that the body is not getting enough of which is causing the cravings.
Many feel it is best to give into the cravings -= but in very small amounts. If you're craving chocolate, a single Hershey's Kiss can take care of this craving rather than a h uge candy bar.

I don't think any vitamin will curb your hunger...try Hoodia! I use it and it works pretty well! Plus there are no stimulants in it. I would also try having a cup of tea or playing a game or reading...sometimes I eat just because I am bored, and that stuff helps to distract me! Good luck!

You need to eat protein such as milk, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, etc. Do not eat carbs...you can eat a giant bowl of pasta and still be hungry..focus on a mix but have enough protein. That should help you to not be hungry so often.

Its very obtainable that he's filling up on milk and isnt hungry because of the fact of that. attempt reducing the drinks right down to easily at supper time and snack time. Dont get me incorrect, if he gets thirsty, provide him a drink of water yet no longer an entire sippy cup. and prefer his healthcare expert stated, he will consume whilst he gets hungry. If he's no longer dropping weight and isnt risky I wouldnt get too freaked out approximately it. i might for particular decrease the drinks down even with the indisputable fact that, because of the fact the greater he beverages the fuller he's gonna get and he's no longer gonna opt to consume because of the fact he's filled from beverages. good success wish this facilitates ~Jen~
