January 23 you need a visa to fly from Canada to the U.S. and the other way around
I misspoke - a passport. With a face like this it's hard to say "P's"

People travelling into the United States by air will be required to have a passport by January 23; it's in all the newspapers.

Actually muffinman is incorrect. Effective January 23, you will need a PASSPORT to fly into or out of Canada and Mexico.
