me and this girl tiffany are doing this dating thing...im dating only her but she is dating me and a kid named justin..but she also is in love with her ex still (they still hang out)..here is my question...she can talk about her ex and justin to me all she wants and i try not to say anything dumb and i bite my tongue...but if i even mention my ex g/f name she flips a jealousy fit on me...why does she do that?

I'm not really sure to be honest. Everyone does things for different reasons.
My first thought is that she could be VERY insecure. No matter how secure she appears. This is why it bothers her for you to mention your ex..
Mentioning her ex and other boyfriend could also be her way of trying to keep you. Show you how much she is wanted and desired by other guys.
You didn't mention any ages so I am not sure what age group you are in. If it bothers you tell her in a nice way that it bothers you that she talks about all these other guys while you can't mention any-other girls. This may work it may not, depending on how insecure she is.
The other option is that ....that is the way she is and she will never stop. I have met people unfortunately that the only important thing to them is themselves and what is going on in there life. I have met both girls and boys who don't feel important unless they are dating (hence wanted and admired) by several people at the same time.

Girls love to be the only one. Whether she has more than one guy or not she wants to be the only one you see. Same with Justin or her ex. She wants to know that all the guys she sees or hangs out with think of only her and no one else.

She needs to grow up and you need to move on...don't let her control you like that. What she gets to do as she pleases, but you can't? Don't take that from a girl. If you start taking it now, you will fall in a rut and always put up with stuff like that. Stand up for yourself and find someone that only wants you.....and talks about only you....You deserve that much.....Now just do it...

Because she has no self-esteem and has her gaggle of boy-toys to boost her ego. She sounds like a totally immature and insecure person and I wouldn't invest too much time with her. Move on.

She is controlling and very immature. Find yourself a nicer girl to date. Don't let her wrap you around her finger. Stand up for yourself if you don't your going to let girls walk all over you. Learn from this girl and how bad she is treating you so it will never happen again with other girls.

she wants to be the only girl in your life, but she talks bout her ex obviously cuz she still loves him!! but you should tell her that it bothers you and that niether of you should talk bout your ex's. if that doesnt work then maybe she's not for you.

I don't know why she does that but tell her to stop that ****. If she can have wat 3 bfs at the same time and talk about 2 of them in front of you it's only fair to be able to talk about your ex gf.
