As far as I know Wellbutrin has the lowest incidence of sexual side effects. I have taken Paxil and it did not help me very much, and I gained a lot of weight. It made me very sleepy as well. Right now I am taking a combination of Wellbutrin XL and Zoloft (Wellbutrin for depression and Zoloft for anxiety) and I feel better now than I have in years.
It is hard to say which drug is better than another because everyone is different and what works for me may not work for you. You can only find out which is right for you by trying them for a few months. I would recommend Wellbutrin XL if you are concerned about sexual side effects. Stay away from Effexor though, if you have to discontinue taking it the withdrawl symptoms are hell.

Mental well being has a greater effect on the libido than do most of the new generation antidepressants. As to which medication is better, that is unique to every individual. Sometimes you have to be patient in trying out different meds to find the one that works best for you. I took Zoloft for years and developed a tolerance to it, now I take Effexor, but it is not as effective so I am discussing trying Cymbalta with my psychiatrist. Let me also encourage you to discuss meds with a psychiatrist rather than a general practitioner, they really are better prepared and more knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with mental health issues.

I take Wellbutrin and lexapro now. I used to take the Wellbutrin with paxil but ended up with such bad anxiety attaches, insomnia, headaches and couldn't eat that I had to be taken off of it. I have had no problems from the Wellbutrin or the lexapro. Well, one side effect but it is not a problem. The Wellbutrin has a tendency to increase your sex drive.

I had bad experiances with both. Paxil can have some nasty side effects. Zoloft didnt work worth a dang. It is going to take you and your doctor talking about what you will be using it for etc. and trying it. Every person will have a different experiance.

The type of medications you are refering to are called SSRI's (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors). The SSRI that is prescribed when sexual side effects are problematic is one called "Wellbutrin" or "Wellbutrin XL." It has a lower chance of these side effects than all the other SSRI's.

you must fairly recollect explaining your emotions closer to her a little bit extra like possibly simply immediately out telling her you like her, for the reason that despite the fact that this suggests that you simply care, it comes off as you apologizing and feeling unhealthy however simply short of to express regret and no longer fairly short of to have a courting along with her. if you happen to do this I believe you'll be able to surely have yet another shot :)
