yes, trust your gut instincts, but some things have set that feeling off like mysterious bills, absences, cover ups, coming home a little later or leaving earlier, vague explanations, secret text messages or IM's,

Other ways to tell are a sudden change of appearance, new clothes, hair or a sudden interest in dressing better and looking better.

Mood swings, really high vs. really low. sudden unexplained irritability at home, less caring about the home-you-pets-kids, etc..

Something is telling you mabye this is happening, try to pin it down and do a little investigating.

Maybe you need to examine what makes a person want to cheat. Is the home a place of solitude and peace, or is it a place where there are fights, arguments and anger.

The fact that a person "cheats" is certainly against their commitment to the relationship, but finding the root cause will help you both over this hump together and can strengthen your commitments to each other on down the road.

Not being where they said they would be, new habits like walking the dog or offering to run to the store so phone calls can be made, always deleting call logs from cell phones and histories from computers, coming home looking or smelling like they just showered. These are just a few signs. But you should also trust your instincts.

YES, plenty of signs. If your loved one has a long long long list of numbers that are guys or girls, that should be a sign.
Also if they come in at lates hours at night, that should be a sign that she or he is ******* somebody besides you!
If they have a tatto of somebodys name or nickname then thats a sign that she or he has found a new loved one. When you see these symptoms of cheatosyndrome, RUN THE HELL OUT OF DODGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your gut feelings, and look for signs of irregularity; but don't over do it by constantly thinking about it. It will become real in your mind, even though it's only your imagination.
