Your body uses less energy during sleep and therefore burns fewer calories, causing fat loss to virtually cease during sleep. Try to gradually cut back on your sleep, if possible. Cut back fifteen or thirty minutes a day until you are getting 8 hours of sleep. Don't be surprised if it is difficult but soon you may have more energy than ever. I used to sleep up to sixteen hours a day, especially on weekends, and was tired all the time I was awake. I thought something was wrong with me! Turned out that I was getting too much sleep, only needing 7 to 8 hours a night to fully recharge my batteries without becoming groggy. If you have problems with the transition, make sure your diet is giving you ample nutrition and try getting in some exercise early in your day to gear up for the day. I think you'll be happily surprised with the results, both in energy and weight loss and you may find yourself happier as well. Happy new year!

The simplest crisis with the ones varieties of diets is boredom, you assert you wish to be healthful for lifestyles however you can not have detailed K for breakfast everyday for the following 60 years!. The fluid pills and colon cleaner are pointless. At your age you will have to be having 3 healthful balanced foods an afternoon and an energetic culture. Too so much chewing gum will advertise acid for your belly, making you think hungrier so attempt to prohibit your gum. Sharing your household meal is quality as long as it is whatever healthful, if it is whatever bad then why have a part sized section of crap while you'll be able to have a big healthful meal as a substitute?. There's well and dangerous aspects for your nutrition. well success besides, you do not sound foolish you sound like you already know what you are doing.

I think if you get too much sleep your body confuses your grogginess with a lack of energy and then you end up eating more; obviously SLEEPING won't cause you to gain weight...if you aren't awake you can't eat! ;)
