I think boys are easier to raise. A lot of girls are brought with a "Princess Complex" lol

Personally I think boys are. Im a preschool teacher and most of the kids are boys and I notice that they are just easier to handle. Girls have too much attitude, as I would know myself =P ☺

Before I had kids, I would have said girls, because I was a difficult daughter and I thought I would understand them better. Now, after raising two children and now a grandchild, boys are definitely easier, no doubt about it.

I have 2 girls and i do daycare everyday for my sisters boys, I would definately say girls. I love those boys but i couldnt raise them, Yes girls have their moment where they are whiny and sassy, but overall they tend to listen better and they are more calm in nature. Boys are able to bring out the caveman instincts alot to where they are bouncing off walls and you have to yell to talk over them. Plus girls are never to old to hug or kiss their parents boys have their own cut off to where its not "cool" do show affection in front of their friends. So definately girls are easier to raise

Having one each, I can honestly say that my son was sooooo much easier. Why?

Girls are petty and jealous and hold grudges. When my daughter and her friends had a disagreement, it was a long, drawn out emotional process with crying and door slamming and sentences like, "I hate Kaitlyn!"

Boys tend to be more able to work things out among themselves. They take things less personally and are more interested in playing together than worrying about who has the best clothes or shoes or who likes who or who. They are much less emotional!

Definitely boys. I have one of each. Girls are moody and often more whiney. Boys are rambunctious but they are not as demanding as girls are. And when it comes to teenage friends, girls are really vicious, and they just don't let things go. Boys may duke it out, but its over the next day... with a girl, they hate each other, make all their friends hate each other, and they drag it on for months. Its exhausting at times!

Child rearing - whether they be boys or girls is not an easy task by any means.
