Super Easy!!

You can actually catch the train from Newark Airport. Once you get on the train it is about 20 minutes to Penn Station (34th). Depending where on Broadway you are headed, you can catch mutiple subway lines in Penn Station (1,2,3......) Or you can simply walk!

Very simple.
Take the Air rail train from the terminal. You will switch at the terminus to NJ Transit, which goes to Penn Station (7th Ave and 34th St) The Braodway area is about a 1/3 mile away, and you can either walk, cab it, or take the subway.

Very easy. There is an airporter that will take you to the Port Authority in NYC, from there (depending on where on Broadway), you can walk, or take a subway ... or even a taxi ... it won't cost more than a couple of dollars.
