No one can say what is on his mind. I would be friendly and accessible and see what happens.

My be But don't read all these things into it. He must think you are nice if he is talking to you. Now you start talking to him. And don't try to read anything into it. Just be nice and after a few days ask him if he would like to have lunch or coffee after work . I told you when it is right it will happen. Don't be to pushy but guys like when a girl makes a first move since a lot of guys are shy around a pretty girl. He saved the best for last.

On a guy point of view, the more we have interest on someone the more we shy away. Our hidden feeling always get in the way every time we try to talk to someone we fancy. As you said so yourself that he speaks to other co-workers but not much to you until lately. He's trying to gain his confidence before he approach you. Now that he is trying to talk to you, if you like him, try not to push him away to much. If you don't fancy him at all, be professional about it, you'd rather have a friend in him than someone hurting.

ask him for help with something, and try to turn it into a bit of conversation. I've never known anyone NOT TO talk to someone they don't like, rather they use any excuse to argue with that person. he's probably too shy and is afraid he'll "mess up".

I used to be like this-He likes you but is too shy to tell you. If you like him then try and make opportunities to talk. You may have to take the lead for awhile. Us males are mostly meek lions. :-)

your probably the subject of his fantasies.he dreams up erotic scenarios and lots of sexy steamy passionate moments are shared by you both..thus by speaking to you now may shatter his illusions of you and spoil his fantasies of you if your conversation didnt result in him devouring you as he does in his thoughts. or....check your teeth in mirror regularly after eating, you simply may be one of these people who are blissfully unaware of that half a sandwich stuck between your teeth,or a fragment of last nights chops protruding out. if youve started flossing then thats why hes speaking because theres no alien stuff in your mouth.or he may fancy someone else by now so sees you as another workmate.

shy maybe? He may have wanted to "get to know you" and feel comfortable around you before he decided to approach you.
It's all about feeling confident first, you know?

Probably what you think as he might be going out his way to talk to you now so you don't begin to think he's avoiding you because he likes you.
