Well if you're any better do the cooking or show her, otherwise she could do a course at your local college. The Australian Women's Weekly do a good range of basic cooking books which are easy to follow.

wow.... erm. if she thinks she's a good cook compliment her anyway. dont put her confidence down... and 1 night just say your going to cook if you dont like her cooking. lets see if you do any better..

if she thinks she is a good cook then appreciate her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! encourage her to cook more variety food...
if u think she is not a good cook then take her out for dinner everyday or u cook and show her how to cook..good luck
