If you have proof of this move and how long you have been a resident of B.C. you more than qualify for a Health Card. You need to apply for it. Ask any doctor's receptionist how to obtain the proper form. I believe you can get it at the post office. At least in my neck of the woods you can. Good luck.

Knowing Canada's socialist system, you'll probably get your card sometime in December 2007.
