You can't change someone, don't bother trying. You two obviously aren't fully compatible. Move on.

Sometimes people are in different places in their lives. If he was unwilling to settle down before, that doesn't mean that he will always be unwilling. I wouldn't say to stick around and find out for very long. If he doesn't come around fairly quickly after you leave, then you shouldn't hold out. If things are friendly between you two, then that is good, but if someone great comes along that fits your view of how you want your life to be, give them a chance.
I guess it's just that if he wasn't willing to work with you on it then, don't put all your eggs in that basket now.

Well it depends what exactly happened between both of u and how u left him.Did u tell him to go away forever or what?
The best solution is to tell him what you really want and what makes you happy. Also by letting him know that you want to settle down and take the realation seriously
This will answer all your questions. Good Luck

Yeah definitely not enough details. It all depends on if you giving him TOO much space. You give a man time and space and you only create opportunity for him to go out and find someone else that might peak his interest even more than you do. So I suggest you keep him close if you want to keep him.

hopefully you will lose him forever because a guy like that isn't worth having to begin with and no he wont change... you should keep it where it is right now and not give in to him what so ever, you have now made the right decision and you should keep it that way.. you'll come to terms that you made the right decision the longer he is away :) :) :)

hun, if he loves you, he will come back. But, maybe it wasn't meant to be, and even when he does grow up, it might not be right. But it could be, you just need to give it time, and see! wait for him, and if you can't and someone else comes along, then so be it. Hun, only time can tell if it's right.
hope I helped..

Hard to believe but they don't change. If they haven't grown up by now they aren't going to. Why should you put your life on hold for him? I say go out and explore the world without him. You deserve to have fun too.

I think we need more details!
I know that you cannot make anybody change. If there's any change to be made, the man will have to do it himself, on his own free will, because HE wants to. Otherwise the change will only be temporary and he might even resent you for it.

It depends on how strong your relationship was with him, if you had a really good relationship, but he just wasn't ready to move on, then maybe he'll come back. keep in touch with him and talk to him bout things in the future

call in exactly one week, and ask how everything is chat as friends for a few minutes...then get more serious tell him honestly how you feel, be honest but not pathetic if u know what I mean...tell him you have interest in him but that he has to understan that some things you are willing to deal with and some things you dont want to, and where you are in your life..he'll understand.
