Yes, usually when a guy whistles at a girl, it means he thinks she hot. Strike up a conversation with him, and find out if he's taken. If not, go for it!

So the next time he whistles at you...look right at him and not..if he makes some other gesture or even smiles at you, it could very well mean that he does like you...it does seem though that if he has done this on more than one occasion that he might sack up and walk over to talk to you...Point to ponder...he could be shy and simply be waiting for some response from you. best wishes to you.

If he is whistling at you instead of actually talking to you, that is really lame. A man whistles at a dog, not at a woman.

The fact that he whistles at you tells me that he at least has an interest in you. You haven't really said how it makes you feel when he does this. If it is feesible talk to him. Take the intiative and ask him out. He may be playing hard to get just to see how inot him you really are.

Perhaps he should treat you like a lady and not whistle at you?! Maybe he should say hi or give you some respect.

It means he thinks you're hot. He may want to sleep with you. It doesn't mean that he likes you. You're an object and not a person at this point.

It means he finds you attractive. That's it. If he doesn't know you personally, he cannot like or dislike you (as a person).

it means he views women as an object and only wants to get in your pants. if you're ok with that, go talk to him. if you want someone who cares for you, ignore it.

Yes, it means he is attracted to you. If you don't like it, it's called sexual harrassment, but you don't seem to mind.
