They say for the second three months you can only drive with your immediate family. but how would they know. If you had one sibling and another person who wasn't, but was a close family friend, how would they know that they are not your other sibling?

It isn't rocket science for a Law enforcement officer, they ask for ID, detain you, there are so many loop holes for officers, BOLO, which stands for Be On the Look Out, essentially they could say that your car fits the description of a fleeing vehicle involved in a crime or the parties in the car resemble someone involved in a recent crime, or what is referred to as a "search incident to an arrest", which is definitely arguable in court by a defense attorneys as far as legality, plain view doctrines, anything, be smart don't allow it, you could loose privileges to be on the road not to mention start a record for you.

If they ask for ID of everyone in the car, they'll find out. Besides, I don't think siblings count as the only drive with immediate family - I believe they have to be a parent or guardian who has a drivers' license.

Why could you WANT to deceive the police? That's a well approach to begin your crook profession. Just obey the legislation and do not attempt to discover methods round it. New INEXPERIENCED drivers are just like the #two rationale of all injuries. Obey the legislation, get your using time in after which you'll have peers with you. Otherwise, you would emerge as in an coincidence and lifeless.
