Ok, I'm going to try and write down what my life-style is like etc.
I'm a vegitarrian, have been for about 10 years now, I eat products such as Quorn and I don't really eat a lot. I do occasional exercise and drink a lot of water.
I'm always feeling tired and more so in the day then night, my breathing is usually clamey and my eyes are usually always red, I have nothing wrong with my throat and never have done.
When I start thinking about certain things my heart pumps at an insanely fast rate which I don't count as normal. Anxiety?
I drink quite a lot and smoke weed occasionaly, both of which I am stopping but I've always felt tired before I did any of that stuff. I get enough sleep, around 6 - 10 hours.
I have a rather bad paranoia problem, probably caused from weed and I'm always second guessing my dessicions.
I find it hard to actually fall asleep and I get woken easily. I'm not grumpy, I'm a happy person but I'd like to know if something is wrong with me at all, thanks.

Some of that sounds like anxiety attacks. Make sure your eating enough. It sounds like you may need more carbs. I would drink less.

Being a vegetarian has its ups and downs. Although it is a healthy lifestyle, you are not getting all the essential nutrients that you need from eating meats and other foods. The key nutrients to focus on are iron, zinc, calcium and vitamins B2 and B12. If you are lacking in any of those, this may be causing you to be tired. You can check into the proper foods which supply you with the nutrients that you need by searching the internet (Like iron can be found in eggs). You can also take a multi-vitamin if you want to. The fact that when you start thinking for things it causes your heart to pump faster, does make me think you may have a form of anxiety. Anxiety is not bad and can be easily treated by either doing research on your own or by talking to a doctor about it. I just think that with the combination of all the things you mentioned that are on your mind, it is causing you to have trouble sleeping and to second guess the decisions you are making.
