she will not let her brother go near her,and her stomach has seamed to have got bigger

perhaps she is just in heat.
is she hasnt been spayed and has access to male cats, id get her checked at the vets then get her spayed so it dont happen again.
my elderly cat (11 years) was never spayed and got really ill, almost died because her womb got infected. luckily, she survived and had her womb that was full of puss, removed.

Whether she is or not you need to get her to a vet to get spayed. If she hasn't been fixed and is going outside, for sure she is pregnant. Keep her indoors and get her spayed as soon as possible.

she might be allthough many animals act like dis not because of prednancy but mainly a close expirience with somefing.
consult a doctor.....

That is possible, but she might just be experiencing her first heat. If you don't want kittens have her fixed ASAP.
