I’m not quiet sure whether you’re talking about the sour taste or sweet? Though I do know, that Yoplait has a pretty good taste. Most yogurts usually either have to much sweet or to much sour.

You can make a concoction of oatmeal and yogurt; which will pretty much nullify the taste of the yogurt. It just a matter of mixing different foods together in order that you can be aware of your preferences. Good Luck!!!

Yogurt doesn't have any health benefits anymore because the FDA now requires them to be made with useless strep (s thermophilus) bacteria slime. Instead find kefir with acidophilus listed first or second among cultures. Most flavored kefir is pretty sweet tasting too. Don't get it plain if you hate sour.

I like the Dannon brand, it seems to be less tart and yogurty tasting, sweeter than most of the other brands.
