I want to put some weight on, but I don't want to eat crisps and chocolate, so please don't suggest that.

I want to gain a few pounds not give myself a heart attack!

nuts and dried fruit are quite high in calorie but very healthy!
you can also buy quite good power bars that are full of 'energy' - calories

Dried fruit and nuts are high in calories and good for you. Also, if you are trying to build a bit of muscle you can make protein smoothies with fresh fruit added. You may purchase the protein powder at your local health food dealer.

lean meats, protein helps you gain muscle and meats like chicken and fish aren't fattening at all. Make sure you exercise regularly to build muscle and put the extra protein to good use
