You need to try to reschedule. One week after your due date is going to be very, very hard to make. You're going to be tired and emotional. Also, discuss flying with your pediatrician. Most recommend not flying until three months old (the baby).

First off, someone said to see if the court date can be pushed back. You should not do that because it's not good for the baby when your that far along to be on a plane. I mean while you're still pregnant.

I don't think there should be a problem, but like others said you should call the court house and see if you can postpone the date. Airplanes are not good for babies ears. It could cause the baby to cry the whole way there because of that. Not fun. Is there anyone who could watch the baby until you got back?

Being it is about 7 weeks away, you should call and ask if they can move it back just a couple weeks. Because you never know if you are going to be over-due. You cannot fly when you are that pregnant. They should have no problem moving the date. It is a justifiable circumstance and they will understand. Good Luck with your new baby!!

Can you petition the court for a change of date? It would be *safe* to fly, but not recommended. If you havn't delivered yet you could go into labor in the air, and if you have a new born, planes with the air ciculation are really prone to spreading colds and flus. Change it if you can.

The court should reschedule your court date.

most people say no becuase of the recycled air and the fact that you're in close proximity to people and if its a long flight the baby might get a bit fussy but i think other than a fussy baby it should be ok
