because i have heard that this backyard buy here pay here places dont run credit on u or report u to the credit bureau if for some reason u didnt want the car anymore and they dont give u a warranty on a car. And a regular car dealership gives u a warranty on your car and they run credit check. Is any of this true.

It all depends on how the owner runs the place, typically they do not report to bureaus, and yes some of these places are selling low quality cars but I am not sure you can call them all black and white like that though

No matter where you get a car from, you should have it inspected.

Leasing is not always bad. I am currently leasing my vehicle. When I first got the car, my credit wasn't so great and my work situation wasn't steady or that great of pay. I needed a dependable car though. With the lease my payment was only about $200 a month, which was very affordable. I only lived a short distance to work so mileage is not an issue. Now, four years later, my lease is up in a few months. The buyout was set the day I drove off with the car. This choice worked great for me because of the situation I was in. Once I got a better paying job, I put a little extra into my savings and I am buying the car. I only have 35,000 miles on a 4 year old car that I know everything that has been done to it. My credit is a lot better and I always had peace of mind in the last 4 years that I would not break down and I would always be able to make the payments.

Most used cars come "as is" and there is no warranty. The buy here pay here lots cater to those customers who don't have good credit and need a car. Interest rates are usually much higher because they are taking the high risk customer.

If you have decent credit, the dealer would be the place to go. Also some used cars at the dealers have been better checked over, and sometime do have at least a limited warranty.

buy here pay here places are usually for people who do not have good credit or none. They pay each week and sometimes if they do not pay on time the dealer has a way to make the car not start. The interest rate is usually higher. these places sometimes give you a very limited warranty.

yes, buy here-pay here means that as long as you have cash in your hand, they have a car in their lot.
the good news is that if your credit sucks, they don't care. and if you can't make payments on it and the car gets repossessed, it doesn't count on your credit history at all. it just goes back to the dealer to get sold to some other sucker.
make sure that whichever car you look into, to check it out thoroughly to see what's wrong with it.

There's also another article from the same source about financing.
