If you exercise everyday, drink alot of water and eat right you can expect to see results in about 20-30 days. Drinking Crystal Light doesn't count as water, but it's a good idea if you have it with your lunch/dinner. Also drinking green tea is good for you too. I only exercise 3-4 times a week and i take acai berry and they do work now you said you wanted a natural diet we'll it's pretty simple. Do 15 sit ups then do 10 push ups right after that, take a 24 second break then repeat it 4 times. walking/running helps too, but if you want to lose weight that's all you need to do, push ups and sit ups.The trick is to drink alot of water and eat healthy + the exercise. No fast food no fried foods. Everyone has their way of losing weight, be patient. Remember we all cheat just check your portions ;]

Crystal Light contains an artificial sweetener that is REALLY bad for you! You are better off with just drinking the water by itself.

yes it is. The water helps flush out all of the bad toxins and chemicals. The packets are designed to be a small amount of flavor and color, so all of the water cancels out the 'bad' in the packets.
