talk to a trainer about a lifting plan, you want to use free weights, as for food, make protein your main food group, lean meats are good, but talk to your trainer about that too

Browse, I think it have Additional Links for exercise. But, to build muscle you first need to learn to eat. You may be surprised how many Calories you will need, it a lot of food. Many people are starving themselves and wonder why they not gain muscle yet gain Fat. True from the Calorie intake you get, you may be able to eat a 1/4 pound with cheese and Milkshake, but, this not the food the body needs and thus it will try to store Fat in an effort to survive.

milk eggs fowl breast are the main uncomplicated ones. seek in google 'severe protein meals' and you gets over a dozen nutrition options with a great form of protein. Eggs has sluggish working protein which takes a at the same time as to soak up and start up working, superb to have for breakfast. fowl breast has speedy working protein that's sturdy to have for dinner.

do dead lift and bench press and the arm crunch. now eating ear peppers. drink juice don,t eat any bread but you can eat garlic bread, but only up to 2 pieces. eat veg,s pick dark green.drink 10 cups of water stay a way from sweets i ,m losing weight eating a semi vegetarian diet, also you can get stonger by swimming.

I DONT KNOW HOW OFTEN YOU WORK OUT BUT IF YOU WANT RESULTS YOU MUST BE COMMITED AND DEDICATED. YOUR DIET MUST CONSIST OF PLENTY OF PROTEIN BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT KEEPS MUSCLE GROWTH CONTINUEING TAKE PROTEIN SHAKES MET FOR MUSCLE GROWTH BEFORE AND AFTER WORKING OUT.
