The most recomended tea is the green tea...this will not hurt your body like the manufactured tea. Drink lots of water exercise about 30 minutes a day and try to eat less sweets and fats. And don't eat after 6 pm. This is the easiest way to lose some weight even is not a spectacular way. Oh and try to keep your daily diet at about 1200 calories.

method:
dont sleep late &dont get up very late
dont use lift
walk briskly every day starting 15 min then daily inc by 5 min
avoid eating:
fat
oil
ghee
excess carbohydrate
sweets
moniter calorie intake
best exercise:swimming
