Hebrew or aramaic... the greek version is just the oldest translation.

The Old Testiment was written in Hebrew because it was written to a Jewish audience. Most of the New Testiment was written in Greek because most scholars during this time were writing in Greek.

Greek. I heard that's where it originated from. When checking the original meaning of a word in the Bible, people always look up the greek meaning of the word.
