if my hair is really dark brown (almost black) what colour highlights should i get???

do not get blonde!!!!! it looks bad!!!!!! get a dark caramel color it'll look really pretty and natural at the same time.

I was the same way when I got highlights I didn't want blond. I have med brown hair and I had my hairdresser put in light brown. for your hair hold up some medium tone or light tone brown samples to see how it looks. I love mine they give my hair dimension without being totally obvious.

well if your ahir is really dark brown then i owuld probably go for either like a copper or a red. whichever you would prefer. but no blond! i have a friend who has drak hair and got blond highlights,they arent good.

I think red would look good. and like the others said some ligh bowns.....dont want to go blond with that har color..Doesnt look to good, but red I think would like nice.
