you dont have to be rascist to be anti illegal alien...actually..i think we are doing them and their country (which they wont leave behind when they come here) a favor by trying to get them deported..maybe they will do something positive in their own country and make it a better place to live...as far as i am concerned, we need other countries to be safe, stable and productive to make the world a better place...if all the downtrodden people of the planet try and relocate to america as the last island of hope...that just lets the dictators and corrupt politicians in their own countries win...they must fight for their rights and freedoms and prosperity in their homelands...

It is similar to the situation I pointed out previously about PC being forced complacency! The ones crying racists are the ones trying to change the subject!
Nationalism and racism are two different things! However, when the Mexicans are called by their country's name they are taking advantage of the fact that the Mexicans that are invading our country are the native Mexican Indians and not the Peninsulars!
There happens to be many people in Mexico who are not Native but they are not the ones who are invading!
I find the most insulting thing of all is the attack on American "Whites" by the criminal lawbreakers when there are again, many people here that are not white also saying stop the invasion!
By the way, "Wet Back" is not a derogatory word! It is an age old description of people from Mexico who are illegally here and have crossed the border illegally! To call a legal Hispanic a wet back is something you get ridiculed for! They are not "Wet", and will quickly let you know! The other phrase mentioned is a racist attack that has nothing to do with legal status-again, back to the PC-forced complacency-whine about a legitimate term to get it's user in trouble for no good reason at all! When the truth is, the person who the term fits is the one who should be attacked!

Wow, what a logical conundrum...are your serious? First and foremost, there is a difference from being racist and being a citizen. Only a juvenile mind of the earliest grades would be stumped by this type of tail-chasing.
Secondly, there are established laws for multiple reasons. The protection of the American citizens and their best interests are premierely the need for proper immigration laws. But, not only the written laws without enforcement. We must stop the flow of illegals, by any non national, not just the ones south of the border.
And if you wish to misconstrue sovereign rights with racism, then that is your bag. And your bag shows no Platonic, Aristotolean, nor commonsensical reasoning ability.
Yeppers, none at all....have a great day anyway...Mkay!

Im not sure I understand what you're saying but here goes.. being anti-illegal immigration or pro-illegal immigration does not automatically make you racist. It's what you do or say in defense of this stance that can deem you labeled a racist. Loving and wanting to protect your country or keep your customs, whether American or Mexican is not wrong, how you go about doing it however, can be.

First of all, I have every right in the USA ...to be a racist. As long as I do not do damage to others, I can be that way.
So, if some criminal, or liberal or confused, or "involved" with illegals type of person wishes to call me a racist. Have at it.
I won't argue the point.
One thing, last time I checked, that was not legal ...was to be and do illegal things. That's what many of the pro folks do and are. So I guess we could say, better to be a LEGAL racist ...than an illegal immigrant or one who breaks the law by aiding and supporting illegal immigrants.
I might also mention, that in my experience in life, those who scream racist first apparently are of that ilk themselves. That is where "they live" ...and of course as is said, it is the pot calling the kettle black.

Not all people are racist that want to control immigration. There are people such as some on here(will not name names) that are very racist. I call being racist when you are proud to be affiliated with the KKK. Wouldn't you? Calling people racial slurs, and thinking you are better because of the color of your skin. That is when you are anti- illegal and racist!
Have you read the things that anti's say on here? Read their posts and then look at and answer your own question!

I am very anti illegal immigrant but am not a racist so why would I worry about being called a racist at Yahoo Answers by the criminals and criminal supporters? I know I am not and it will never change my feelings about illegal aliens invading our country.

If you are against illegal immigration and you are called a racist then the person calling you a racist is almost definitely a liberal. To put a fine point on it, the person calling you a racist is a hypocrite who thinks he/she is better than you because he/she is more enlightened, more open-minded, more understanding, and more accepting, but in reality that person is every bit as ignorant, bigoted and narrow-minded as he/she accuses you of being.

I don't think race is involved in this issue. People from other countries are various races. Laws are passed for civil order of the country. If people choose to disobey laws, punishment results. To want people from other countries to obey your country's laws is not racist. When immigrants disobey our laws, the only response they can give is to call "racist" those people who want our laws obeyed and enforced. It is not much of a response and has nothing to do with race.

Those supporting illegal immigrants are often illegals themselves or families & friends of illegals and their self-serving cries of "racism"
are not justified...iIlegal means illegal...
Whether they are mexicans or canadians or brazilians.
