This girl at work keeps staring at me when ever I'm not looking and then turns away when ever I notice her.
Sometimes she even continues staring even though I've noticed her.

uh, well go talk to her. I would never stare when I was single, to afraid to get caught, like she did. I would make sure you were bending over and then check your butt out . I did that with my hubby and he actually caught me. Then, he asked me for my phone number we talked for like an hr. and hit it right off. But make sure, you're not day dreaming, ok

I can't speak for all women, I can only speak for myself, I personally don't stare at anybody if I like them. I have the courage to go and talk to the guy. She may like you if you catch her staring. How about you ask her if there's something wrong the next time you catch her or feel her staring. Nothing will ever get resolved if no one speaks about it.

Sometimes...I know I've stared once or twice at guys I've liked...not on purpose though...like I was glancing over at them and then got lost in a daydream about them and myself...so maybe thats whats going on here

Yes she likes you, shes obviously very shy too, its a big hint when she looks at you when your not lookin, then looks away when you you look her way.. try grabbing her eye contact and see if she keeps it with you and look for a smile, if you grab her eye contact then she looks down then away it means she likes you, if she looks straight away to thr right or left she doesnt like you.
When i like a guy i try to make eye contact when ever i can build the confidence up to do so.

There are two possible answers here:
1. She likes you, and that's why she can't keep her eyes off you! Ask her out if you like her.
2. She might think that you are really weird and can't stand you.
I would go with # 1. Girls are complicated.

im very nearly 17 if that facilitates :P i like to look at eye candy its a generic previous time of mine :) relies upon if i elect the guy to appreciate im looking. if hes too stable looking and smug then i in simple terms sneak a peek if hes in my league then sick save staring until he notices :P

yes, i stare at guys i like all the time. sometimes i make eye contact like what you've mentioned until they start talking to me. it works pretty good and i dont have to say anything first

Yes, she probably likes you. Otherwise why would she be looking at you. When I like a guy I tend to want to look at him more. Does she seem nervous around you? or happen to be in the same places you are?

yes. most of the time we do. we just do not want you to notice unless we are confident that you could be interested. go and ask her and see what she says are look at her and turn away!
