No cos your hair will still go frizzy and your clothes will still get wet and you'd still have to dry off and change when you got home! So I don't think it would matter if it were cold or warm! Just started raining here a moment ago, it's very fine rain and the wind is blowing it in all directions! Time for the kettle to go back on...

No I don't think so. When you are out in the rain and I always am without an umbrella I enjoy feeling the rain (cold )on my head. It can be very refreshing

No ! I would hate it, it would increase your body temperature if you were on a long walk. and would not be refreshing like normal rain.

It is, in some parts of the world. In the UK, it's just cold & yukky!!!
