You're addicted to caffiene. Try drinking bottled water or crystal light and take caffiene pills to kill the headaches. Cut the pills in half and slowly ween yourself off caffiene.

You could also try iced tea or hot tea. It has caffiene but a much lower amount.

I also had migraines, but they slowed or stopped when I...

1. Got into routines, like drinking the same number of cups of coffee, at almost the same time in the morning, every day.

2. Stopped drinking caffeine after lunch. I'll have a Diet Coke by 1:00, but the upper stays in your system 10 hours, so if you want to sleep better, too... that's my advice.

3. Got a prescription for Butalbital (sp?) from my dotor. It's basically concentrated caffeine in pill form, with other additives that can ease migraines when you are hit with them.

Each day drink less and less. And eventually you won't drink it anymore. I used to be the same way. And then i replaced soft drinks with water, and now water is all that i drink. I can't stand soft drinks anymore.
