Teacup is a term that breeders coined to let you know that they are very small. They will be listed under toy poodle. There are many factors that will affect the cost. Male vs. female (the females cost more) and the pedigree are two examples. The toys are so small and that is why they are in high demand and in cost too. look at puppyfind.com and see if you find any in your area.

The term "teacup" poodle is not a real breed. It's just an expression coined to sell unnaturally small dogs. Buying a so-called teacup poodle will only give you a dog that has numerous health problems from being so small.

If you're seriously interested in getting a toy poodle (as they are actually called), then I recommend doing your research first. If you decide on the breed, then do a search on reputable breeders in your area. They will not be cheap, but if money is your concern, you're better off getting a mutt from your local animal shelter.

There is no such thing as a teacup Poodle or any other breed for that matter. All they are is a dog bred smaller then the standard allows or that are runts..the "teacup" is a sales label that irresponsible breeders attach as a sales tactic.
Dogs bred delibrately bred smaller then the standard often have heart, kidney, liver issues, structural deformities, dental problems, temperament issues, etc.

Look for a good quality wellbred Toy Poodle from a responsible breeder or adopt one from a rescue or shelter instead of lining the pockets of an irresponsible breeder, you'll be glad you did.
