Sounds like your teacher wants you to be creative, not come up with a "right" answer. Relax and let your imagination wander. Where do you think God would live, if it was a physical place you could find? Or, where do you think He would go to pick up prayers and messages from people? Put whatever makes sense and feels right to you.
For example, I might address it to: "God, c/o the Angels, Everywhere" or "thefather@god.net" or "God, 123 Holy Street, Heaven" or (if I was feeling Catholic) "God, c/o the Pope, the Vatican, Vatican City."

tell your teacher: that god is trancendent above any beyond.
say god doesnt need a roof over his head and say: prayers alone is a letter to god say god is all knowing he can read my mind then how can i write him a letter?
how can she make people write a letter with an address to god.
god is the owner of the heavens and earth and every thing between that.
god cant be described in human terms.
