okay i have naturally curly/wavy hair. It's in between brown and blonde and isn't really thin but isn't really thick. it's a bit longer than shoulder length and i straighten it everyday. Everyone says how much they like my hair but i think it's boring so i want to mess it up a bit. but none of the products i have used have worked. help me please.

I would go to the hair dressers and ask for a few layers to be cut in, this works really well with messy styles. Steer clear of mouses as they can make your hair crispy stick with the bed head products and wax's these will work really well.

i might definately use some thickening styling products in this and definately dry your hair the different way up. If it does not carry a curl, attempt spraying that area of your hair with a styling spray till now you curl it, then use the curling iron. have you ever tried those gentle rollers which you will sleep in for a sprint oomph? i might additionally definately positioned funds into some hairspray.

if i was you i'd put it in a pony split the pony into two bits twist them straight down at the side of each other then twist them around each other( put a bobble in) so that you have quite a bit if hair left hanging out the top of the bobble then back comb the left over hair and spray with hairspray

trust me it looks really nice in a messy sort of way

You should definitely try a wax product for your hair if you havn't already. It gives your hair a better chance of staying styled and it gives your hair texture. It doesn't get all crunchy like hair spray.

I hope you find what you're looking for!

why dont you have a trim on it that would help then buy some mousse to scrunch it with, that should mess it up a bit, put your head upside down when drying it, when you go to the hairdressers, get some advice of them thats what they are there for, ignore the other rude comments you have recieved on answers, some people are jerks.

why not try curling it either with straighteners or curling tongs spray with plenty of hairspray then backcomb each section at the root it will make your hair look thicker and should stay in all night.

good luck !

if you want it to look really messy you can get side bangs and then cut your hair really short in the back. like as short as a guys and then spike it.
