My husband's hands are always dirty. Because he does siding. You should stop whatever it is that's making you so dirty, and take more showers. You might just have to wait until that layer of skin falls off. Try a better soap. But it's not uncommon for men to be like that. Good luck!

Maybe you're talking about the dead skin cells that rub off of your body after a hot shower. I think that's actually healthy and natural especially for younger people whose skin in general exfoliates itself naturally.
I'd keep away from really hot showers and look into using a bath poof or loafa sponge. Rub some soap on the loafa or pouf and scrub yourself especialy behind the neck. Have you tried using different soaps? I find that French soaps are the best and highest quality, not to mention they smell great.

Take showers more often. Taking one shower everyday might not do it, so increase it by two showers a day and use a small towel with soap to scrub. If that doesn't work than take more showers.

use a lufa (sp?) or exfoliating brush that removes the outer layers of dead shin. The dirt that is imbedded in this skin will also be removed.

your probably have a obsesive compulsive disorder, you are in fact clean but your eyes see differently, i seen something on T.V where this guy mowed his lawn 3 times a day becuase he thought it was too long.
