you just have to follow your own heart if you really feel it then tell him, but don't expect him to say it back just because you say it. he may not feel it yet or be ready to say it yet, but that doesn't mean he don't care for you. i wish you the best and GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!

In my past experiences, I found it better to wait until HE says it first...the few times I was unsure if it was the right time to say it or not I've found myself in an awkward position b/c he wasn't ready to say it back!
