135 pounds is not a lot for a teenager with a height of 5'5. Remember to keep active and drink plenty of water.

If you want honesty here you go you look a bit full around your midsection. But it is not bad and it is some thing that you can work on easily if it makes you uncomfortable. In your defense weight doesn't mean everything you also have to take into consideration the weight of your bones and how much muscle you have because muscle weighs more than fat, so you can be this same weigh but look much skinnier and have much more muscular definition even be a smaller size in clothes. I used to be 160 and size 7 pants(i'm 5'2") my mother in law is 5'1" and weighs 120 and she wears my size 7 pants. How is this possible. I felt fine when I was this weight and most people thought I was 130 so weight isn't everything. It's how healthy you eat how fit you are how you look and how you feel.=)

Nope it's not, in fact you are at a normal/healthy weight. According to your BMI you should be between 111-148 lbs. So just don't go under 111 or over 148 and you will be just fine.

Whatever you do, DO NOT skip breakfest. Even if you have a granola bar or something light. Just remember to make the plan that's best for YOU.
