At least once a day, if not after every large meal. Not a lot of people know but flossing really helps in curbing bad breath. You can brush your heart out but if you do not floss the bacteria will stay in there. I floss just before I go to bed and now do I rarely have morning "eww" taste or smell.

well to be honest, I floss my teeth twice a day . to plaque down and gum disease. from occuring. plus it keep you with healthy gums..

I don't floss. Ever. I hate it.
