It's highly unlikely you will be any taller being that you're 5'6'' and already taller than your parents. Sometimes its possible to go back deep into the family roots and snatch out some height - but if that were going to happen you would have seen it by now. At 19 don't expect a substantial change in height if any.

It would be nice to do this, but actually, wasting a moment on worrying about your height is pointless. There are so many other ways to improve yourself, and, one of the biggest problems "not-tall" men face is their own attitudes.
The ONLY thing holding you back in life is your awareness of your height. Other people, especially women, may prefer people that aren't tall. But if you are tense and defensive and constantly thinking that height affects you, you will be blind to people's real reaction to your personality, clothes, income, speech, etc.
Improve all aspects of yourself----think of yourself as great-looking, and you will be.

No. Your gene will define how tall you are. Nowaday, many kids are out growing their parents. There are no recent studies on why this is happening.
Many people wear shoes with higher heels. you can use that if you want to be taller.
