It was mentioned in an article I read recently and seemed to be something concerning the 'opening of 11 (spiritual??) gates' with the culmination occuring in 2012. Please help if you have pertinent information. :) thx!!

I've been wondering about that myself. I keep seeing those numbers frequently. I think the numbers are linked to a sign/ warning from God. I have also been seeing the numbers 3.33 frequently as well. I think that both numbers 11.11, 1.11, and 3.33 are somehow connected. Also, I believe the numbers may be connected to religious Scriptures.

Note: The numbers are most likely connected to the Crop Circles - Signs. It is interesting that Fluid_Reality78 mentioned the Aztec Calendar because there have been Aztec Calendar Signs appearing.

Sound like it might be part of the Aztecs' beliefs. At least what I have read about them. It is known that the Aztec calendar is the most acurate one in the world. What is interesting is that the calendar stops in 2012. There is nothing past that year.
Some scholars have said that this is due to the Aztec belief that that year is the "End of the world"
I dont have all the info....but that is what I have read.

The book Bringers of the Dawn says our eyes are going to be drawn to the clock at 11:11. It's a sign showing us there is more to our reality than some want to "believe".
Whether it is from a good or bad source, is debatable.
Someone pointed out he is seeing 1:11 on the clock.
I looked in the Bible and Acts 1:11 mentions the return of Christ!
