when i eat i am getting a weird sensation in the right upper part of my mouth!
When i chew and the slyiva forms.
It is a wee bit sore but not alot no toothache, i diod have an abcess over christmas but the antibiotics cleared it up!
It feels like i am sucking on lemonsdoes anone know what this is? or have had it before?

any chance it could be my glands?
i am a bit swollen behind and below my ear also when i chew the pain is worse

That happened to me before with the pain behind the ear and everything you just described. What i had was a blocked salivary gland. Something got into it somehow and blocked the saliva from comming out. One day i was pushing down on that spot behind my ear and a bunch of puss and stuff came shooting out of that particular salivary gland. It was really gross and tasted like metal. So if that happens to you dont be alarmed. Good luck and i hope you feel better!!

It could be drainage as posted earlier also your electrolytes might be out of wack. Try drinking a gateraid. It helps to restore your electrolytes.

wash your mouth out with salt water(do not swallow) it will heal and sanatise the wond from the abcess
