Sometimes people who have severe nose bleeds quite often have a vein that is close to the top of the skin. An eyes, ears, and nose Dr. can go into the nose and caterize it to stop it from bleeding, usually this may take a couple of times. I think the skin builds up from scar tissue to cover it making it harder to rupture.

Honey? I grew up and had nosebleeds everyday, sometimes 3 times per day. It, in an adult, could be from snorting methamphetamine or cocaine or could be from little blood vessels too close to the inside in the mucuous memebranes on the inside of the nasal passages. Tip the head back, stuff some tissue up his nose hole and find out what is really going on.
