well it is obviously more preferable to be healthy, but if you want to be fat then don't be as active, eat what you aren't supposed to. The opposite of how you became healthy and muscular. But be careful, going back to your old eating habits can make your body sick. so do it little by little, not all at once.

Stop exercising & start eating. Besides the proper meals, start eating tidbits & snacks everytime you are free.
But why do you want to be fat & lazy?? Everyone is trying to be muscular & healthy.
