...I'm boiling a lineback's jockstrap. When should I add the peas and potatoes?

Jockstrap is better broiled for fuller flavor. About 15 minutes on each side and then baste with garlic butter and keep in warm oven until ready to serve. I usually make it with mashed potatoes and country gravy, and then you can add the peas on the side to mash up in the potatoes. Do you have jockstrap forks? They're like a cross between a salad fork and those little seafood forks, but they're really hard to find. I got some as a wedding gift, but I haven't been able to find any others, which is a bummer, cuz one broke when I was serving a really tough cut of Jockstrap once. I now prefer the Under Armor brand to the Calvin Klein. Hope this helps!

After it boils for 15 minutes. Make sure you don't forget to add the salt & pepper.

If it's Ohio State, don't add anything. They don't deserve any extra flavoring in their soup after last night's game.

It's like not giving a kid dessert after they've been bad.
